SMS Concatenation

GSM 7-bit 160 chars: 161st splits into 2 parts with 7-char User Data Header (UDH) overhead → each part 153 chars, so 161 chars = 2 messages (153+8). That's why 160 is hard even though you can send longer — it's 2 bills.
