Frequently Asked Questions

What is CTR vs CTOR?
CTR (Click-Through Rate) = Clicks / Delivered x 100 — measures clicks against total audience. CTOR (Click-to-Open Rate) = Clicks / Opened x 100 — measures clicks only among people who opened. CTOR is a better measure of content effectiveness.
What is a good email CTR?
Average CTR is 2-5%. Above 3% is good, above 5% is excellent. CTOR averages 10-15%. It varies heavily by industry, list quality, and email type (promotional vs transactional).
What does the multi-link analysis do?
Add individual links from your email with their click counts. The tool shows click distribution, identifies your top-performing link, and calculates each link's share of total clicks — useful for optimizing CTA placement.
How does the A/B comparison work?
Enter data for two email variants (A and B). The tool calculates CTR and CTOR for each, shows the winner, and computes the percentage improvement. Helps you decide which subject line, design, or CTA performed better.
Is my data stored?
